Our refund and replacement policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

For custom gifts, we do not accept returns, as these items cannot be reused once personalized.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and a complete unboxing video starting from the unopened package.

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chhotagift.com.
